The crew board Triton Seabase for the first time and begin with a Goodwill tour to meet new Romulans and see their new cities; Golden Towers, Mountain Home; The Bubbling New; The Hermit Castaway and The Garden.

But the mystery remains, how does an O planet sustain, once simulated to be destroyed by housing as few as thirty thousand survive with over half a million Romulan Refugees thriving?
