Mission Summary
When the planet Amphitrite was abandoned by Starfleet in the hopes of saving the population from the destruction of the Hobus star, it becomes home to a new group.
The Romulans arrived in 2387 and began to upgrade the empty buildings with their own technology, turning the small colony into a Romulan paradise.
In the year 2401, the United Federation of Planets decided to check in on Amphitrite, in the hopes of renewing their ocean exploration program, but initial scans showed over a million Romulans living on the archipelagos, islands and small continents.
Starfleet has decided to approach the Romulans and ask permission to return to their motto, seeking out new life and civilizations, thousands of meters below the ocean surface.
