Personal log, Mathias Bjornsson.

There is a rumor going through the ship that the captain is either being reassigned or promoted to admiral. Now I hear that the ship has been ordered to Star Base 21.

Are the rumors true? I can believe that the captain would be promoted to admiral...anyone deserves it it's her.

So....who is her replacement? It's not uncommon that when a new captain reports to their new command, the sometimes bring a few people with him...a first officer, a second officer and chief of security.

Does that mean I'm to be reduced in rank? And maybe I won't be a bridge officer anymore.

Oh well...if it happens, it happens. I'll just have to work harder to get promoted.
